(1) It's not the first time that iTunes got corrupted, music files disappeared, blah, blah, blah. Re-install. Fine, I can live with that.

(2) I haven't synced my iphone and PC for ages and when I did two nights ago, oldest and most recent DLed apps remained while everything in between illogically disappeared, apps that are the most important. Ok let them go. It's out of my control. No way to retrieve infos except probably by manual attempt.

(2) I needed to transfer photos from phone to pc and vice versa and it required me to download this so-called image uploader app and when I did, it required me to update my OS to 3.1.3. I tried.. and ta-daa my phone went into recovery mode which means I had to restore the unit to its original settings. I have recent files, some may be discarded but some are just way too important an information. As recent as they are, no back-up was done yet, adorable Bocelli files included.

(4) Today my screen makes me impatient telling me to wait. Software Update (3 hours remaining)!?

This is great. Sometimes it isn't that good to rely heavily on technology. The convenience and comfort on a daily basis, no question about that. But when it breaks down, it breaks down.

Apple devteam better be get working.

Just for now let me agree with this. "People hate Apple. And this kind of shit is why."

And oh for jailbreakers, better check out forums first before upgrading to 3.1.3.
